Are videos included in the posts?
We can provide you with videos if needed. The basic plan doesn’t include videos.
Is the social media specialist responsible to respond to comments and messages?
If you provide him/her with a plan of how to comment and respond then they can do it.
Why do I need a social media specialist? Can’t I do it myself?

Do I need to boost posts?

Does the quote include the boosting cost?
The quote you will receive from Alexa team is only for Social Media Management. The boosting cost will is paid directly to the platform such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
